Our United Kingdom General Manager Terry Tucker has been an executive in healthcare for over 20 years and gained a PhD for her study of leadership in healthcare. In addition to her roles in Barchester Healthcare and Hallmark Care Homes, she led the Apprenticeship Nurse Trailblazer and was part of the Trailblazer team that developed the Nursing Associate Apprenticeship.

Temby Nyemba is a qualified registered nurse and has achieved a BSc Honors in Management in Health and Social care and a Masters in Health and Social care. Since 2004, Temby has gained a lot of experience whilst she was working as a Qualified Registered Nurse, Home Manager, General Manager, Care quality consultant, Operational manager, Project manager for care homes in the UK and Channel Islands.

Nardia Jones

Consultant Trainer

Nardia has worked in the New Zealand and Australian aged care sector for over 10 years and is a valued member of the Leecare Consultant Trainer team, being responsible for Certification as an aged care Quality Manager and supporting organisations through their Accreditation activities in Australia. Nardia brings her extensive experience and understanding to the Leecare team and clients during her implementation support activities.

Christine Unferdorben

Christine Unferdorben is a Senior Consultant with Leecare solutions (since 2010). She has a strong commitment to lifelong learning, which has included completing a Master of Nursing – Gerontology and Graduate Certificate in Management.
She is a passionate supporter and advocate of Aged Care and Disability services having been an Approved Provider, Business Owner, Consultant and Executive in aged and community care, and intellectual disability services since 1987.

Bette Nash

Bette moved from a senior management position in Women’s and Children Health to Aged care in 2000. Since this time Bette has been employed within Aged Care as a Registered Quality Assessor, State Education Coordinator, has held senior positions as Regional Risk / Quality and Compliance for large Aged Care Providers and as an Aged Care Consultant / Subject Matter Expert in Australia and Singapore including to the Australian High Commission. Bette has trained aged care nursing and Qantas staff across catering and engineering. More recently Bette has been in Singapore for three and a half years implementing the Singapore version of Leecare into 34 nursing homes.

I am passionate about empowering nurses and health care employees through education and the use of new technology to improve their job satisfaction and skill set.

Kelvin Chan RN, has worked as a Leecare Consultant Trainer since 2014, implementing the Platinum5 clinical and P5Med medication management software throughout Singapore in over 34 nursing homes to date. He brings with him extensive Community, Palliative, as well as residential care expertise, supporting our teams and nursing homes alike with his broad understanding of health and systems management..

Guiomar Fernandes

Registered Nurse (Masters of Nursing and Clinical Fellowship in Evidence Based Health in Aged Care- JBI) with more than 25 years of experience in Aged Care. Conducting Training on the various modules in Platinum5, Auditing Platinum5, Dealing with compliance in Accreditation Standards, Quality Improvements, Auditing, In-service education on various Education Topics in Aged care. Strengths are both Education as well as Quality.

Teresa McAlear

Teresa is a valued member of the Leecare Consultant Trainer team with over 15 years’ experience as an aged care Quality Manager amongst other senior management roles in aged care and other industries including education. Teresa generously brings her extensive Accreditation preparation, ACFI claiming and care and lifestyle management experience and knowledge to clients during her implementation support activities.

Petrina originally trained as a registered nurse and throughout her career has worked in and consulted to a number of aged care facilities as well as providing lobbying and advocacy support to the sector through her previous roles leading the NZ Aged Care and Retirement Villages Associations.
